Nice try
I bough this month ago and decided to give a try, it took me 2 weeks to notice that my libido's trying to come back.
I took it twice a day. But notice my heartbeat is faster since I started.

Ashwagandha is the only thing in almost 50 years of Anxiety disorders to ever have any Positive Lasting effect. Period.
*Adaptogens are meant to be taken long-term & take weeks to take full effect, You must be patient ;-)
