Adrien Gagnon's natural orange flavour chewable vitamin D is in a single dose an easy way to bear vitamin D deficiency during winter.
The sun is the main natural source of vitamin. When its rays touch our skin, the latter produces vitamin D. Only 10-15 minutes of exposure without sunscreen is enough to obtain our daily dose of vitamin D. However, our geographic location prevents this production from October to April, as the sun's rays are not strong enough to generate the reaction. In addition, our skin's ability to produce vitamin D decreases with age. We can then turn to foods rich in vitamin D such as fish, nuts and dairy products, but the intake of vitamin D through our diet is rarely enough to meet all our needs. A supplement is then necessary.
Directions: Adults, adolescents and children of 3 years and older: Chew 1 tablet daily.
