Precautions & Adverse Effects:

I searched all through the description to see if these were natural or synthetic but could not find any indication. But as soon I received the bottle it says synthetic right on it in small letters. I wanted natural source so very disappointed.

Great product, easy to swallow, good neutral taste , easy to digest, using it to help my skin keep some protections as I am an avid jogger... By all temps...daily intake help keep it overall in good shape

Would give zero stars if I could
Bottle says vegetarian right on the front but the softgels contain gelatin. Gelatin is made from dead animals and is NOT vegetarian in any way, shape or form. Disgusting.
