Leaves scum on top loading washing machine
I was very disappointed with this product, even though there was a special cycle for Affresh cleaning on my HE top-loading Maytag washer. I bought it because there was some scum that had accumulated at the top of the drum. The washer itself is only a few months old, and since there are only two of us in the household, we don't use it very much. The cleaner did not remove the scum, and I still had to scrub around the top of the stainless steel drum to clean it after using the Affresh. Thumbs down to this product. I think a white vinegar rinse would do better.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) These machine washing tabs work well to keep the washer from smelling like mildew. Once the cycle is complete and you wipe away the little bit of gunk that was released from between the drum the washer stays fresh and clean for many wash cycles. I love this product because we have hard well water that leaves a thick build up in the washers drum and pipes, the Affresh tabs work to release the gunk and flush it out of the system leaving my washer like new again. Definitely recommend using them.

I looked it up online before using and the instructions were simple and the process was easy as well! Just bought a brand new washer and dryer recently and I feel confident that this product will help me maintain my expensive washer and keep it running/functioning well. Affresh Washing Machine Cleaner is definitely something I will be purchasing in the future and using now! Especially since I was able to try the brand before buying, I saw first hand how hassle-free and easy it was. Thank you! This is honestly a product I would never have thought or known about purchasing.

The tablets are super easy to use—just pop one in and run a clean cycle. I love that it works even in high-efficiency (HE) machines, and I don’t have to scrub or wipe anything down afterward. It leaves a subtle, clean scent and gives me peace of mind that my laundry is coming out of a hygienic washer.
If your machine has started to smell off or you just want to stay ahead of grime and gunk, I highly recommend giving Affresh a try. It’s become part of my regular cleaning routine.
