Not sweet, tastes good and I like that it has electrolytes as well as glutamine and some vitamins! A little expensive so I will see how long it lasts before I decide whether to repurchase! The name is more marketing than anything, itâÂÂs a great electrolyte and vitamin powder but you arenâÂÂt going to see your skin change overnight

I have nod idea whether this is having any visible effect on my skin, but it is encouraging me to stay hydrated during a hot, humid summer, which is great. (I hate drinking water. This has just enough flavour to make it pleasant, and it isn't sweet.)
