A MUST have for anyone with PCOS or cystic acne
I have been using Balance for over a year now after trying everything to help my PCOS. I had horrible cystic acne, painful 10-14 day long periods, mood swings, etc. Since using balance my periods are regular (to the day) and much less painful. I also only have one or two pimples a month as opposed to a face full of them. The best product!

True balance!
This has significantly helped with my quality of sleep and seems to balance my appetite through the day. Being on hormonal birth control for years left me feeling out of sync and impacted my sleep. This has tremendously helped bring back balance to my body.
