There's no sour gummy taste here, but a light fizzy sugar which isn't the greatest but not among the worst I've tasted in BCAAs. The supplement isn't a must, but if you're interested in trying it I would say purchase it - just don't expect the sour gummy taste!

My fave BCAAs
All Alani Nu products are great, but I really love the flavour of this BCAA product! I've had other flavours and this one is the best. Just need to add a bit more water than recommended to avoid the sugary sweetness, but that's an easy fix!
