Cautions: Warnings: Do not use: if you have ever had an allergic reaction to this product or any of its ingredients or to adrenergic agents (such as ephedrine)  with other antihistamines and decongestants if you have the following conditions: glaucoma difficulty urinating due to an enlarged prostate gland urinary retention high blood pressure heart disease receiving a monoamine oxidase (MAO) inhibitor or within 14 days of stopping use of MAO inhibitor, if you have difficulty swallowing.
Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding have kidney disease, are 65 years of age or older, are taking any prescription drugs or if you have thyroid disease or diabetes. When using this product, do not take with fruit juices, do not take within 2 hours of an antacid that contains aluminum or magnesium hydroxide. Stop use and ask a doctor if you have an allergic reaction (get medical help right away), nervousness, dizziness or sleeplessness occur. Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, call a poison control center or get medical help right away.
