Old formula vs New formula
This was my first time trying the NEW formula (formerly Almay Intense Eye Color pencil). I used to be die hard fan of this product for many years, until it took a brief hiatus and then returned as the rebranded Almay Top of the Line pencil. The raisin quartz color is really pretty and is so versatile, especially for daytime! While this product was on hiatus, I had a really hard time finding a replacement in a similar color, which really bummed me out.
However, I do think I prefer the old formula. For the new one, the coal is slightly softer and the color applies much darker. Still one of my go-to liners though.
