I love, love, love this product. It is, IMHO, one of the best options for runners - a blend of the BCAAs you need plus electrolytes. Not only that but it tastes amazing! IâÂÂve shared it with my running friends and they said it was like having a pina colada during their run. My only suggestion is to do 500ml to a scoop because it is on the sweeter side (although doubling the water content seems to be an unspoken rule for a lot of these nutritional mixes).
