These truffles are really, really good. Just enough dark chocolate coating that everyone would like them....even if you aren't a dark chocolate fan. The salted caramel center melts in your mouth. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is the price...very expensive for the few truffles that are in the package.
