Therapeutic skin cream for eczema, psoriasis and other skin problems

Recommended Dosage: Take 2 to 4 capsules daily with food, or as directed by a health care professional. Take a few hours before or after taking other medication. Recommended use or purpose: Figwort is traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to relieve symptoms of chronic cutanous diseases, eczema, psoriasis and pruritus. Helps in connective tissue formation, maintain healthy skin and metabolize carbohydrates, fats and proteins. Helps to prevent vitamin B6 deficiency.

Recommended Duration of Use: Diuretic - For occasional use only. For use beyond six weeks, consult a health care professional.

Caution: Consult a health care professional if symptoms persist or worsen. Consult a health care professional prior to use if you have a history of non-melanoma skin cancer, faecal impaction or symptoms such as abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting or fever. Do not use if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family, fish or seafood, are breastfeeding or pregnant or have intestinal disorders, abdominal pain of unknown origin, severe dehydration, heart disease, high or low blood pressure. kidney or liver disorder, diabetes or edema (swelling of hands, face and feet) or are taking products containing diuretics.
Discontinue use and consult a health care professional if yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes, dark urine, nausea, vomiting, unusual tiredness, weakness and/or stomach or abdominal pain occurs as these may be symptoms of liver disease or if you develop symptoms of sensory neuropathy such as numbness of the extremities. Reduce dose or discontinue use if you experience abdominal pain, cramps, spasms and/or diarrhea. Stop use and seek medical attention immediately if you experience dizziness, confusion, muscle weakness or pain, abnormal heart beat and/or difficulty breathing. Hypersensitivity/allergy is known to occur, in which case, discontinue use. Store in a light-resistant container. Zinc supplementation can cause a copper deficiency. Laxative effect may occur.
