Great flour, poor packaging
I really like this flour, it's finely ground and light coloured and works well in my crepe recipe. I just wish the bag was paper (instead of plastic), like other flour companies use (Cuisine Soleil for one). Also, the bag itself is poorly designed; it always tips over and it's difficult to shake the flour out of the small opening...but if you cut the top off, you can't roll it closed like you can with paper.
