No tummy upset
FINALLY found the right balance. This Zinc with Copper not only helps me with how I feel (lethargy), but also does not upset my stomach even if I forget and take my daily dose an hour after I've eaten (although I try to take it with my meal).

Another great product from AOR. A tiny capsule coloured with vegetable powder helps to differentiate it from the K2 capsule. Combining both zinc & copper is genius because we need both & copper is impossible to find by itself.
