Vitex agnus-castus (Chaste Tree) is a medicinal herb that is clinically used to treat a range of women's health concerns, particularly pre-menstrual symptoms (PMS), menstrual cycle irregularities, menstrual cramps as well as menopausal symptoms, particularly hot flashes.
Recommended Dosage: (Adults 18 years and older) Work up from 1 to 15 drops per day to a maximum of 4ml 2 times per, or as directed by your health care provider. Take for a minimum of 3 months to achieve desired effects.
