Interesting tea
I wasn't sure what to think of this tea because I've never made it. Apparently you have to boil water first and add a different tea mixed with this one then add nut milk and boil until liquid in Pot turns a caramel color. Takes a total of 10 mins to make, then I pour it into my French press which has a filter (which you need to filter if you combined this tea with your choice of any loose leaf tea). I sweetened my drink with Agave syrup, but I guess.you can use honey too. It tasted delicious and you can smell the spices as you sip.. smells so good.

I just ordered my second bag! I can understand why some wouldn't like it, it can be very bitter and gritty if you follow the recipe and don't filter it. I now just boil 1 cup water in a small pot with a tea bag or two floating in it, then when it is a rolling boil, I turn the heat down to medium, add 2 cups milk and the 3/4 tsp of chai. By the time it boils again it is ready to pour! I got a really nice fine tea filter/strainer from another site that is just perfect for pouring this through into my cup. Or if I double the batch,filter into the tea pot. From the tea pot I still filter through to my cup because that grit is FINE, but double filtered like this it is ALL GONE. Just rinse your filter/strainer constantly, every time the tea slows its pour. And you are golden: just like the tea!!

DELICIOUS TURMERIC CHAI SPICE BLEND
I absolutely love this turmeric chai blend! I like to make iced tea lattes with it or warm tea.
