Hands down the best diaper cream! Easily spreadable and works quickly to heal bad rashes.

This is the best diaper cream I've found so far.

I cloth diaper my twins and was having a problem with diaper rash from moisture overnight. Other barrier creams were not working. This has solved my problem. I put it on before bedtime and that usually keeps us rash free. The only downside is that it is petroleum based.

It creates a great barrier and prevents diaper rash. You don't have to wipe it off, only the soiled part and reapply. It creates a good water barrier and clears diaper rash fast.

I have been looking for this for a long time. When my daughter was a baby I used Ihle's Paste for her diaper changes and general use around the home. It was a miracle cream and told many to use it :) A+

This is the best diaper cream on the market. I used it for my children and now keep it on hand for my grandchildren. My grandaughter stayed over night and I used this on her rash and by morning it was gone. This current order Is for my daughter in law new baby.

Very effective product. Little bit goes a long way. Helped my dry cracked skin, not just for diaper rash!

Only potential issue (which is what I ran into), if your baby's bum is prone to yeast - this has cornstarch which makes the yeast issue much worse. All in all, I think there are better products that don't use cornstarch.

this stuff is great. It has the right amount of medical ingredients to clear up a rash without smelling too strong.

This stuff is AMAZING! We tried everything to resolve a nasty diaper rash that led to open wounds on our newborns bum (in addition to cloth diaper safe natural creams and lots of bare bum time, we had tried monistat, canesten, sudocreme, and 2 weeks of prescription hydrocortizone, all with very minimal improvements). The diaper rash had been going on for 4 weeks when a pediatrician recommended Ihle's Paste (and that we stop using everything else), and we saw an astonishing improvement in 2 days (you need to stick it out though - there was very little improvement the first 2 days, then suddenly it was mostly cleared up). We couldn't get other barrier creams to stick to the wound, which was oozing slightly, but this is so thick that you could get a large clump to stick. Amazing stuff, and much cheaper than other diaper rash creams.
