This bath powder is made from pure colloidal oat milled to an ultrafine, smooth powder that cleanses skin without soap. This bath treatment powder temporarily protects and helps relieve minor skin irritation and itching due to rashes, eczema, insect bites, and poison ivy, oak, and sumac. The bath powder is made from all natural colloidal oat which when dispersed in water becomes smoother to relieve dry, itchy skin. The fragrance free, colloidal oat formula also works well as a soap-free cleanser. Surface oils adhere to the ultrafine oatmeal particles and then gently rinse away to leave skin soft, smooth, and soothed. Aveeno Soothing Bath Treatment is from a skin care brand that has been dermatologist recommended for over 70 years.
Directions: Using warm water turned on at full force, slowly sprinkle one packet of colloidal oat under running water. Stir thoroughly to prevent clumping and settling. Soak affected area for 15 to 30 minutes as needed or as directed by a health care practitioner. Pat dry (do not rub) to keep a thin layer on the skin. The oat will cleanse skin without stripping it of natural moisture.
