A.Vogel Molkosan® is made from organic Swiss milk. Fats and milk proteins are removed by centrifugation and ultrafiltration. The resulting whey is then lacto-fermented and pasteurized. This natural fermentation process results in lactic rich Molkosan Original, which has been recognized for decades for its traditional uses as a health food.

Add up to 2 teaspoons (10 ml) of Molkosan Original in a glass of spring or mineral water for a refreshing drink up to 3 times daily.
