A.Vogel Molkosan® is made from organic Swiss milk. Fats and milk proteins are removed by centrifugation and ultrafiltration. The resulting whey is then lacto-fermented and pasteurized. This natural fermentation process results in lactic rich Molkosan Original, which has been recognized for decades for its traditional uses as a health food.

Serving Suggestions: Adults Only
Add up to 2 teaspoons (10 ml) of Molkosan Original in a glass of spring or mineral water for a refreshing drink up to 3 times daily.

Kind of gross
Maybe it’s just because I didn’t grow up with this. It has a savory flavor. I could swear I read it was citrusy, so I wasn’t expecting what I got when I put it in club sofa. It smells kind of yeasty, so maybe you could put it in a cup of hot soup or something, but I have a feeling this is going to get old in my fridge. It does not taste nice.
