• How to make warm oats: mix 5 tbsps with up to 1/2 cup of hot water. Let sit for 8-10 mins until desired consistency. For added nutrition, substitute water for warmed breastmilk, formula, milk or dairy alternative. Check temperature before feeding.
• How to make overnight oats: mix 5 tbsps of oatmeal with up to 1/2 cup of breastmilk, formula, milk or dairy alternative. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Stir and enjoy! For added nutrition and variety, add yogurt or favourite Baby Gourmet Fruit and Veggie pouch.
