Vitamins, colloidal minerals, amino acids and herbs in an easily absorbable liquid format.     Multivitamins and minerals in liquid form have an absorption rate of up to 98%. Much better than tablets where the average absorption rate by the human body is only 10-20% as per the Physicians' Desk Reference.    

Dosage: Adults: Take 1 tablespoon daily. Refrigerate after opening. Make sure the lid is on properly and shake gently before each use. Each bottle contains 473 ml/16 fl. oz., which is approximately 32 servings at 15 ml/1 tablespoon each. Store in a cool, dry place.
