A perfect balance of light, refreshing yummy-ness. I wasn't sure if I'd like the taste of roses but it works well in this drink - not overpowering - just a hint of rose - perfect. The perfect light summer non-alcoholic drink... although you could certainly add a splash of gin or vodka.
