Benylin All-In-One Cold, Flu & Cough Caplets provide both Day and Night relief in one convenient, portable pack. Benylin helps relieve 11 cold and flu symptoms in 1 simple solution.
Package contains 24 caplets (12 day caplets and 12 night caplets).
Directions: Adult Use Only (12 years and older): Take 2 Day or Night caplets every 6 hours. Do not exceed a combined total of any 8 Day or Night caplets in 24 hours.
Caution: Do not use with other products containing any of these ingredients. Doing so may result in accidental overdose. This package contains enough medicine to seriously harm a child. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid Alcohol. Use only on the advice of a doctor. Talk to a doctor before using this product if you have chronic alcoholism, serious liver or kidney disease, high blood pressure, heart or thyroid disease, diabetes, asthma, chronic lung disease/shortness of breath, persistent/chronic cough, glaucoma or difficulty urinating due to enlargement of prostate gland, or are elderly, pregnant, breast-feeding, or taking a drug for depression, including monoamine oxidase (MAO) inhibitor drugs. Check with a doctor if symptoms do not improve within 5 days, or if cough worsens, lasts more than 7 days, or tends to recur or if you also have excessive secretions or fever for more than 3 days. Taking more than the recommended dose can cause serious liver damage, nervousness, dizziness or sleeplessness. In case of accidental overdose contact a doctor or Poison Control Center immediately, even if there are no symptoms. BENYLIN®1 Night Caplets: May cause drowsiness. Do not engage in activities requiring alertness. Talk to a doctor before use if you are taking other sedating drugs at night.

Good product but
Hi, I’ve had a cold symptoms that started to appear, so I gave Bennylin all in one a try. The Day time caps works great, it gets you through the day, 2 caps per 6 hours, and I saw the symptoms going really low key, but..
At night, make sure you have some food on the stomach, the night meds works, the nose and throat are clear but I woke up randomly twice at night and my throat was dry. A side effect, I don’t know, but stomach was upset a bit. I had this situation happening once only. The following night it was alright.

never take the Night time stuff
I purchased this for a cold and when I took the Night time stuff I woke up very restless and twitchy and couldn't stop itching. I have never tried this before and never will after 2 nights I threw it in the garbage, The day time stuff was ok but the night time never again.

Great for relieving symptoms, packaging difficult
The packaging is a pain to deal with and hard to open, and it also cuts me. However, the active ingredient mix is perfect for managing symptoms with most common illnesses. The night time ones have quite a sedative effect at the recommended two pills, they knock you out, and you really should not drive or operate heavy machinery. Usually 12.5 mg of diphenhydramine is good enough to put me (200lbs) to sleep, but if you take two, it's 50 mg!
It's also the exact same as tylenol complete I think? It has the same packaging and is also made my McNeil.

Bad product
I will never take this again! As several other reviews mentioned, it “messed me up”….as in I became very anxious, felt like I was going insane, and couldn’t sleep all night. There should be a warning on the package…and not just that it causes drowsiness.

This Works Wonders
I have been using Benylin All-In-One for my family since I first saw it in the stores years ago. It is my go to cold/flu medicine. Most cold products do not work when you first take them as it takes a while to get into your system. Benylin is not like that at all. It works right from the first time you take it and continues to work well every time. Relieves the stuffy, runny nose, takes away aches and pains and definitely relieves the coughing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this product. My house would not be caught without it.

It works great!
After over a week of chest congestion, cough and runny nose, then seeing and doctor being told that it is only viral I had enough. Went to the Pharmacy and I said “give me the strongest cold medication known to man.“ This is what the Pharmacist recommended. When I looked at the price I was a little shocked. It seemed a bit high. But I was desperate and got it anyway. Worth every penny. Use this. You must. If you’re suffering use this medication. It works. Within 20 minutes I was feeling better.

Getting sick is the worst, but Benylin always gets the job done!
Once a year, I will get a cold/flu and take a sick day. Being stuffed up, sneezing, coughing until you can't breathe, blowing your nose until the skin around it gets dry, etc. We have all been there and dealt with the common cold/influenza. Benylin All-in-1 is the only medication that works for me. I tried multiple other pills to get rid of my cold faster, and nothing worked besides Benylin.

It's truly all in one
I was experiencing flu-like symptoms for almost a week and Tylenol was just not cutting it. My doctor prescribed me some antibiotics, nasal spray, and recommended I purchase Benylin all-in-one. With it being wedding season, I had enough energy 30 minutes of rest after taking a pill. I felt confident to take on the rest of the day without feeling like a wreck.

Worked better than other all in ones
I bought All in One in Canada ( Tout en Un) in Quebec and they worked really well for my cold and cough. Unlike some reviews the nighttime ones didn’t have any adverse effects and I actually used the last night time tablets during the day when I got home. Unfortunately, I can’t find where to buy them in UK. Would be great to know.

Good product
I recently caught a cold after a flight and I asked my husband to pick up medicine for me. This is what he brought home.
I thought it worked okay it did help suppress my coughing but I found the nighttime didn't really help me sleep.
Overall this product works okay. I would buy again but maybe wouldn't be my first choice.

The ONLY product I use
I had COVID 2019 and my immune system is terrible. I get the flu 2x a year since...Benalyn is the ONLY product I use. Works fast and very well. Honestly, its the best medicine Ive tried ever and what I love the best is its Fast Acting and takes care of all the symptoms. Thanks Benalyn!!!!!

Works great!!
This is my go to for when I catch a flu or cold. The day time one seems to work well for me and gets me through it. However I took the 2 night time ones and they were a bit to strong for me, had me feeling a little overwhelmed. I would recommend only taken one.

The only cold medicine I use
I seem to be sensitive to some cold medicines, but Benylin works awesome for me. It is the only cold medicine I’ve used for several years now. The daytime works great, and the night time ones not only work great but they make sure I get a decent sleep. Definitely the best.

It works!
It worked right away, but about an hour into taking this in the morning, (daytime tablet) I left really drowsy and nauseous (the same way a sleeping pill would make me feel) so definitely only take one tablet if you’re sensitive like I am to cold and flu medication.

All you want to do when you are are sick is feel better,BENYLIN ALL-IN-ONE Cold and Flu Day/Night does just that,1 pill for the day and one for the night,covers most symptoms and lets you get some rest.I highly recommend this product.

Works great!
Whenever I come down with a cold or flu, I always use benylin all in one for cold and flu. Within a few days my symptoms are gone. I also like the all in one cough syrup. Great product!
