For up to 6 hours of relief, take Benylin to relieve your cough and cold symptoms! This formulation is free of gluten, parabens, sucrose and lactose and is cherry menthol flavoured.
Relieves:
- Wet cough
- Dry hacking cough
- Cough from scratchy throat
- Chest congestion
- Nasal congestion
- Sore throat pain
Directions: Adults (12 years and over) take 2 teaspoons (10 mL) every 6 hours. Maximum 8 teaspoons (40 mL) per day. (Not recommended for children under 12 years.)
CAUTION: KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. If you have chronic lung disease, shortness of breath, high blood pressure, heart or thyroid disease, diabetes, persistent chronic cough, glaucoma or difficulty urinating due to enlargement of the prostate gland, or are elderly, pregnant, breast-feeding or taking a drug for depression, consult a physician before using this product. If cough worsens, lasts more than 7 days, or is accompanied by a high fever, consult a physician. Do not exceed recommended dose.

Side Effects for its use
I have had severe digestive upset since I started using this product. I cannot be ascertain if this condition is caused by this product, but it is too coincidental to not be caused by it.
WHAT IS TRULY UNBELIEVABLE IS THAT I CANNOT FIND A LIST OF SIDE EFFECTS ANYWHERE!!!
