Directions: A healthcare practitioner should be consulted prior to use. Recommended dose in children 1–4 years: One dose (1 spray) into each nostril,1–3time(s)/day. Recommended dose in adults and children over 4 years of age: One dose (1 spray) into each nostril, 1–3 time(s)/day. One spray = 0.14 mL solution.

Great product in a fragile container
Excellent product; easy to spray and doesn't irritate or sting at all. No complaint from 11 yo who said she "barely notices it" which is how I describe it too. Using this has reduced nosebleeds in our home this winter.
Beware: the vial itself is made of fragile glass that will easily shatter if it falls from the height of a side table or counter on to a hard floor. We like to keep bottles out so they're result on han but the fragility of the vial has made it a bit tricky to do so. My family has broken three of the last six bottles we've had and we're only a bit more clumsy than average. So just take a little extra care with this one.

part of my COVID routine
Hard to give something 5 stars when it's the first time you use it but I wrote one on their mouthwash and same story, first buy. I'm optimistic. I had hoped their nasal spray would have povidone-iodine in it too but it doesn't. However it says it's a barrier... I like the sound of that and use their throat spray and nose spray before I go out in public and the gargle when I get back.

Part of my virus prevention routine
No burning of the nasal cavity or lasting smell after using. Remain virus free, so I'm keeping it in my routine. Easily tucks into my bag so I can use it periodically as recommended.
