Delicious & versatile spice blend
The Big Cove Porcini BBQ Genie spice has a delicious, umami flavour. It adds a great earthy flavour with a little heat to egg, meat dishes & soups - I've tried it in all those dishes and it worked really well. I like that it's low sodium so I'm adding flavour without adding salt to my recipes. It's a great spice blend to have on hand because it's versatile & I like that I don't have to measure & mix a similar blend.

A unique and tasty spice blend!
I used this spice blend in cooking to make Philly cheesesteaks and to make a spicy Mayo and I thought it was delicious. It has a unique blend of flavours with a good hit of spiciness as well. I haven't tasted a spice blend like it but I think it could be used in a lot of different dishes. I would definitely recommend this blend and I am excited to try other products from this brand.

My new go-to spice blends
The Porcini BBQ Genie Gourmet Spice Blends smell very good after I open the bag. It even smells better on the cooked chicken drumsticks that I cooked with the spice blends. On top of that the chicken taste really good. However, I would like the spice blends to be a little bit more salty.

Soooooo good!
I wasn't disappointed! Some flavour blends are either way, way too picante or taste stale.
This was perfect on chicken, roast veggies, tofu, beef and more. And I use it as an ingredient in soup and casseroles. It's really an all round great product. Highly recommended!

I tried this spice for some chicken and it turned out very delicious. If you like mushroom and bbq flavour this is the one. It's a bit spicy. Next time I want to try on some veggies and maybe on the grill . Definitely going to buy again!

This is really, really good. I added it to stews, used it as a rub, and sprinkled on after cooking. I wish I'd bought more of this. I used it in salad dressings, and it's intense flavour was lovely. đ Too bad it's no more.

I am really impressed with the array of flavors in this product. The porcini mushroom gives it a nice sweet earthy taste and the spices are an excellent pop of flavor. This brings meat and potatoes to another level.

Delicious Addition to Your Food
The Porcini BBQ Genie is delicious! I found it easy to find great recipes on the bigcovefoods website. I made the air fryer eggs with the Porcini BBQ blend. I can't wait to try this blend in so many more meals.
