Good coffee but not strong enough flavor for my taste
I tried making this Canoe coffee the way I do my regular medium roast and the Canoe seemed week. I added more the second time and it made little to no difference. I now do a 4/5 of my regular coffee and 1/5 Canoe and my wife can still taste the difference... and not to the better.

Love this coffee
My partner bought this for me to try, and I found that it has a lovely taste. I normally just drink my coffee without thinking - this one had me stop and savour. It is delicious. It is not a bold tasting coffee, but the flavours are lovely, with hints of chocolate. So yum!
