Blue Tea is delicious hot or cold! It is also a great base for fancy cocktails or refreshing drinks.
Use 1 tea bag for 250mL of boiled water. Infuse for 4-5 minutes. If you like it sweet, add a teaspoon of honey. To make iced tea, pour the tea in a glass filled with ice cubes or cool it down a few hours in the fridge if you prepare a jug in advance.
Chef Nooror Tip: To make it more refreshing and release the magic... squeeze some lime juice in your drink and watch its colour turn into a vibrant purple!

Absolutely delicious
Bought this on a whim, I loved the name of it. It's a beautiful blue color, deep turquoise. The aroma is like thai curry and it is so delicious. Even though the price tag is a bit steep, I will treat myself to this beautiful cup of tea often.
