A good mild sauce
Too mild for my preference in a hot sauce, but the low heat level definitely makes it more versatile. Just be aware that it has a strong mustard flavour, which surprised me given 'mustard flour' was so low on the ingredients list. It definitely adds a little extra zing on a sandwich vs other mustards. Probably goes well on pizza, burgers and hot dogs too.
