Rated 3 out of 5 by from Will use again. I have been cooking/baking gluten free for years. My experience ... a GF flour mix can work well with some recipes and not others. This specific GF mix seemed to work best with cookies and cakes. For baked pizza crust? Not so much (-1star). It could be the combination of the recipe’s ingredients need modifying to support Bob’s Red Mill GF flour. I will keep refining the recipe. I did find the flour pricy (-1star). Over all, the product itself I give it a thumbs up. Packaging ... awesome!

And it’s so simple to use because I simply substitute it for regular flour. I can use all my same recipes. I highly recommend this product!

Substitute the flour with this in my old chocolate chip cookie and banana muffin recipes and they turn out great. Also use in the base for regular recipes for squares and it works! Does not work well though in freezer slice cookies as they spread and don’t retain their shape.
