Love the Red Mill products but this is the first time I've used their GF flour mix and it was excellent. Great texture and made a successful Bundt cake using it. Also like their biscuit mix, which includes the baking powder.

Always a good solution for gluten-free baking! Just be sure to add xantham gum or another binding agent, if needed.

Best GF flour I've tried! Has a bit of a bean-y smell, but doesn't seem to affect taste of baked goods etc. Doesn't bake as dry as some other blends and browns nicely as it's not full of rice flour.

I am sensitive to soy, but we only use this flour for dessert baking and I do well. My wife has made white cakes, cookies, and brownies. All came out great! Always use fresh baking powder.

I'm sure this product is fine for most users. How ever, not reading the fine print has taught me a valuable lessen. Allergic to soy, so this is useless to me.

I use this gluten-free all purpose flour to add to separate g-f flours I have and I am very happy with it. I haven't found any gf flours that I absolutely love as is, but that's the thing with gf baking. Experiment with the flavours of other flours and starches to find the best result for you and your family. But overal, I can definitely use a large majority of this flour and it takes the hassle out of gf baking....well, as much as it possibly could, because it will always be some degree of hassle and reworking until you've found what's perfect for you.

Good product. Works well for a variety of uses without the hassle of making my own mix. Shame the large bag is not really a saving compared to 2 smaller bags.

This flour works quite well texture wise, but does have a bit of a bean flavour. Best for pizza crust or quick breads where that flavour won't throw this off.
