We love this mix. Friends with gluten allergies made it for us and we have been hooked since (despite not have any gluten intolerance ourselves!). I have made it many times and haven't had any issues with moisture, it is the perfect density and remains a favorite in our household.

I'm not normally a big fan of mixes, they either taste bad or really processed, but I was really impressed with this one! The cornbread is very sweet with a hearty corn taste to it. Almost reminded me of corn-fritters to be honest. What was even better was that we made this one without any eggs, and it still rose nicely & had a proper bread texture.
