IBS and Fodmap-friendly. Dense bread; doesn't crumble like a lot of gluten-free slices of bread will.

Love to add chia and buckwheat to give crunch and substance/increase nutrients.

Toasts beautifully; doesn't fall apart like a lot of gluten-free slices of bread.

AMAZING!

I make this as muffins, using almond milk instead of regular milk. Its a bread with dinner substitute for our gluten free household. As with all corn bread, it can be dry so butter it!

We love this mix. Friends with gluten allergies made it for us and we have been hooked since (despite not have any gluten intolerance ourselves!). I have made it many times and haven't had any issues with moisture, it is the perfect density and remains a favorite in our household.

Great cornbread. I split the package/recipe in half and made two smaller batches.

I'm on the search for good gluten-free products. This mix was just okay, in my opinion. I found it to be like most gluten-free products, it had a strange dry consistency and a slightly bitter aftertaste. I'm not craving having it again.

This is one of the best cornbread products ever!! To make it more fluffy not as dry I add some cream corn to the mix it usually doubles the amount you make but making muffins they freeze very well!!

Another review... we love it. Simple, easy and tasty!

I'm not normally a big fan of mixes, they either taste bad or really processed, but I was really impressed with this one! The cornbread is very sweet with a hearty corn taste to it. Almost reminded me of corn-fritters to be honest. What was even better was that we made this one without any eggs, and it still rose nicely & had a proper bread texture.
