I did not like the taste that much. I will make popcorn, as suggested, out of it next time.

Bought this as a substitute for popcorn. It's delicious. Had a few bad starts though. If you want to try popping it, use a bit of olive oil, not too much though! Also, ensure the oil is hot before you add the sorghum.

I love this grain,yes it takes time to cook it but it is worth. I usually cook it in my cast iron pot.

Well is the only place I have been able to find this. I usually precook this in my slow cooker as I find it takes a long time to cook and is a good sub for barley.

I really like sorghum ... a nice, different taste and texture --- great as the "pasta" in tuna salad!
