Eat this for breakfast almost every day with almond. Make it with water and half-n-half Red Mill rice cereal to put in the fridge and then reconstitute every morning with Almond Milk. Delicious with blueberries, etc.

Love this cereal. Buckwheat is one of the few grains I can eat. I've never had problems with lumps like the other user, but you do have to make sure the water is boiling before adding the cereal. If you add it to cold water, it will lump.

New favourite cereal. I've had oatmeal so often it is nice to change it up. Buckwheat is creamier, gluten-free, and it is organic. Can't go wrong.

Good alternative to oatmeal. Also, the minerals in buckwheat are absorbed much better than in oatmeal.

This is a great hot cereal for those with gluten issues. I really enjoy it with some xylitol sweetener and a dash of cinnamon.

This is excellent breakfast porridge. Much more digestible than oat porridge. I usually add some ghee while cooking, and also sometimes raisins. Lots of things can be added and cooked right in it... apple chunks, chia seed, cinnamon, nut pieces, etc.
