Really like this product. It is very quick & easy. It also tastes very good. I use coconut milk & add blueberries when I eat it.

I’m really enjoying this hot cereal since I’m trying to eat gluten free. For some reason oatmeal doesn’t stay with me and I’m hungry soon after I eat it. I’m pleased to have found a hot cereal that leaves me feeling full and that has a nice texture.

Eat this for breakfast almost every day with almond. Make it with water and half-n-half Red Mill rice cereal to put in the fridge and then reconstitute every morning with Almond Milk. Delicious with blueberries, etc.

I use almond milk to cook this instead of water and the texture is so creamy and delicious!

Problem causing Oatmeal...MOVE OVER! Buckwheat tastes fantastic and is totally satisfying for my gluten sensitive intolerance of oatmeal for breakfast. What a great discovery.

Great stuff. An excellent alternative to quinoa porridge or oatmeal in the morning. Great to mix things up! Super easy to make on the stove top like the instructions say.

Love this cereal. Buckwheat is one of the few grains I can eat. I've never had problems with lumps like the other user, but you do have to make sure the water is boiling before adding the cereal. If you add it to cold water, it will lump.

Quite disappointed with this cereal. I have tried making it a number of times and I always find it to be a lumpy, rubbery mass. Inedible.

New favourite cereal. I've had oatmeal so often it is nice to change it up. Buckwheat is creamier, gluten-free, and it is organic. Can't go wrong.

Good alternative to oatmeal. Also, the minerals in buckwheat are absorbed much better than in oatmeal.
