Bob's Red Mill Sweet White Rice Flour is milled from a special variety of rice, often known as "sticky rice," that is very starchy and has exceptional binding qualities. It is an excellent ingredient for baking gluten free muffins, breads, pastries and cakes. Bob's Red Mill Sweet White Rice Flour is also a superb thickener for soups, sauces and gravies. Sweet white rice flour is naturally gluten-free.
Sweet White Rice Flour is much higher in starch than regular white rice flour. It is used more like a starch in baking, adding moisture to baked goods. It is not sweet, despite its name, but it is often used for desserts.

Bobs Red Mill Sweet Rice Flour
I have had an awful time trying to find this product none of the stores were carrying it so was so excited when I found it online with well.ca. I needed this ingredient to make my “flour” as I have celiac disease and need flour. I could buy Bobs Red Mill flour which is good but I like to make my own when I can. Thanks

Great selection of Bobs Red Mill GF products
My local stores do not carry the full line of Bobs GF products, so was very pleased to find the sweet rice flour here. Will definitely be purchasing more in the near future.
