Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great base for patties Love this! I prepare it as directed, wait for it to cool and mix it up with egg, oil, seasoning, grated cheese, and wheat germ (good binder). Then, I drop the mixture into a pan (preheated to medium with oil) in little piles that I gently press into patties. When preparing this way, leave the patty alone to fry and set before flipping so it holds together well. Once fried, these patties keep well in the fridge for a couple of days and reheat well in an oven or toaster oven for a few minutes.
