Superb hamburger replacement! My son had no idea that my lasagna was 100% TVP, not hamburger! TVP absorbs spaces wonderfully when you add them to the hydration process.

Great way to add protein to vegetarian dishes, and to sneak in as a ground meat substitute. It picks up all of the flavours of the dish.

First time I purchase soy protein. The texture is great but the taste is pretty bad if you mix with only water. I would recommend using broth or you'll need a lot of spices in your recipe to cover the taste. But it's great to replace meat in recipes.
