Decent!
Of the two vegan options, this one tastes better, though the bars are a bit dry, so you’ll need to hydrate while eating them (which is a bonus since you need to be super hydrated while breastfeeding anyway). I do find them to be quite pricey for how small the bars are, but I have found them to be effective at helping with milk supply.

HORRIBLE!
Not sure if I got a bad batch or what, but I would never buy again. I love their cookies so I thought the bars would be good.... nope. Dry, chalky, doesn't taste chocolatey OR peanut buttery. Tried two bars, couldn't stomach them and the rest were trashed.

Honestly these were a waste of money as I couldn’t even stomach one bar. So dry and awful.
