Contra-Indications: Do not take if you have been diagnosed with cardiovascular disease (including tachycardia, tachyarrhythmia), have hyperthyroidism, have abnormal blood pressure, have a history of liver problems, are taking MAIO's, or if pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use if you are allergic to anethole or places in the Apiaceae/Carrot Family. Known Adverse Reactions: Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) is known to occur (rare cases); in which case, discontinue use.
Recommended Dosage: 40–60 drops (2–3 mL) taken 4 times per day. Take the drops directly under the tongue, or add to your favourite beverage, sipping slowly and pairing with a deep, mindful breath.
