it's pretty good! i made it with coconut milk as suggested but i guess i have too much of a sweet tooth so did have to add a little sugar for me. it's very relaxing and did seem to help me sleep.

Delicious flavor. I mix it with unflavored protein powder. Only need a little, 1 gram for 20 grams of protein powder. I've also tried the Tumeric, which is a little bitter. The hot chocolate flavor is the best.
