Directions: Add 1 tsp to a warm beverage (eg, coffee or tea) or with a meal, 1-2 times per day.

Have been using Brain Octane every day for over a year in my Bulletproof Coffee, and it brings drinking [dairy] cream-free coffee to a whole new level! Not sure why the Canadian version has such a terrible bottle design – the U.S. version has a spout cap which pours a bit better... I like reviewer Chrissy's suggestion of piercing the foil with a skewer for less spillage. I'll be trying that hack on my next bottle!

Great in coffee!
This stuff is amazing in coffee, curbs my appetite and gives me energy through the day. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is like many others have mentioned, the bottle is flawed. I’ve used this in the past and the bottle has a lip that prevents spilling. I find I’m wasting so much from each pour as spilling is nearly impossible. Hope this can be resolved!

I really love this product. I purchased it to have more energy and brain function. It has no taste, but feels clean..good for you. Even my cat loves it.
