I always make pancakes from scratch but decided to try these because they were on sale and wanted to meet the free shipping minimum. They are pretty good! A little sweet, which is probably why they tasted so good, but they had a great texture and rose nicely. I did use milk instead of water and added an egg when making a 2 cup batch.
However ultimately, I always think pancake mixes are so overpriced for just being flour, sugar and baking powder.

Wow! Delicious!
I am so pleasantly surprised with how delicious this mix is! The directions don't call for it, but I added 2 tbsp melted butter to the mix for waffles — to keep the batter from sticking to the waffle iron. Will definitely be ordering this again!
