A pantry staple, delicious as is and with added items for a larger meal.
This is a pantry staple and tastes great. It makes a great lunch or quick snack. I almost always eat it from a big ramen bowl and add fresh cherry tomatoes. Sometimes I add green peas or pan fried wontons. If I’m making it a bigger soup some great things to add are black vinegar, gochujang paste, a bit of drizzling oil like evoo, and maybe a bit of salt depending on how much extra water you’re adding.
