Chickapea Pasta Penne
Chickapea Pasta has turned a family favourite into a superfood! Eating a bowl of Chickapea is like...eating a bowl of smiles, sunshine and super powers! Ok, that may be pushing it, but your body and taste buds will definitely be doing a happy dance.

Chickapea is made from ONLY two ingredients: organic chickpeas and lentils, which are both part of the pulse family. Cool, what the heck are pulses? Glad you asked! Pulses are the dried seed of peas, edible beans, lentils and chickpeas and are very high in protein and fibre, and low in fat. This makes them a healthy addition to any meal! The biggest question here is shells, spirals or penne?

I absolutely adore Chickapea Pasta. My little girl loves it and her pasta picky dad likes it, too. That says a lot!

Love their penne pasta! We use it in casseroles as well. The texture is perfect!

I really loved using these Chickapea Penne Pastas. They’re the best GF Pasta I’ve tried, and I loved the taste and protein amount too. Used mine in a Pasta Bake and it held up very well to the ingredients and didn’t mushy. I would recommend this for sure!

This pasta has a delicious hearty texture that really holds up to any type of sauce or dressing, and it makes great leftovers too! I feel really great about preparing this for my family.

I can't even say enough about this pasta. I've been gluten free for 7 years and have never enjoyed eating other pastas. This cooks just like pasta, tastes even better and my kids devour it, sometimes 3 times a week. It's so good for you and it's so nice to cook something you know won't go to waste. Highly recommend it!

Its a really good alternative to regular pasta. It is gluten free and very high in protein. And really yummy!

My nutritionist suggested this pasta for my picky son but this stuff was terrible. Doesn't cook well (mine was very al dente despite cooking for 10 mins) and the taste was very unappealing. I mixed it with regular pasta and finished cooking in the tomato sauce and that improved the flavour a bit. I won't be purchasing this product again.

When not over cooked, this is the best tasting non-gluten pasta in my view. My wife prefers a rice/quinoa combo pasta. All non-gluten pastas are tricky to not over cook - keep el dente. As my friend who can eat gluten says about all non-gluten foods, tastes okay, needs some gluten. But for me this is great pasta and I even like it better than the gluten variety, but I have an adventurous pallet.

So excited about these! You have to be careful as they can get mushy if you leave them too long, but the best gluten/wheat free noodles I've tried. Best for pasta salad.
