I can't even say enough about this pasta. I've been gluten free for 7 years and have never enjoyed eating other pastas. This cooks just like pasta, tastes even better and my kids devour it, sometimes 3 times a week. It's so good for you and it's so nice to cook something you know won't go to waste. Highly recommend it!

My nutritionist suggested this pasta for my picky son but this stuff was terrible. Doesn't cook well (mine was very al dente despite cooking for 10 mins) and the taste was very unappealing. I mixed it with regular pasta and finished cooking in the tomato sauce and that improved the flavour a bit. I won't be purchasing this product again.

When not over cooked, this is the best tasting non-gluten pasta in my view. My wife prefers a rice/quinoa combo pasta. All non-gluten pastas are tricky to not over cook - keep el dente. As my friend who can eat gluten says about all non-gluten foods, tastes okay, needs some gluten. But for me this is great pasta and I even like it better than the gluten variety, but I have an adventurous pallet.
