Un blue
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I was pretty excited to test out the new clairol Out of the Blue temporary hair color. I liked that the scent was not crazy strong like other dyes. However, I did not want to chemically lighten my hair, so I took a chance with my brassy blonde. The color did not really take to my hair except for my Gray hair. I mean, it still looked cool, but I was hoping to achieve multi blue hues and did not. It did not come with gloves to apply. It was super messy and dyed my bath tub blue but not my hair. I wouldn't use it again. Thank you Influenster and Clairol for the opportunity to #tryitfree

Great colour quickly

I pre lightened the streak to a lighter blonde, but it was still quite a bit darker then platinum, of course, especially with my younger daughters fine hair, we didn’t want to damage it. I went a couple inches away from roots with bleach, just in case something went wrong, and as you can see the blue covered even the darker roots completely fine. Got some stained skin on my hands and with a good wash and after dishes this evening it’s almost washed from my skin. When rinsing hair this stopped bleeding blue in water very quickly and didn’t transfer colour to towels.

Easy to use - get your own gloves
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) When I selected this product, it was not clear that it was for blonde hair only. I tried to use it on my brown hair and can confirm it had no color impact, but based on the staining of my hands I am sure it would sufficiently dye blond hair. The product is lightly scented, not chemical, more floral. I have short hair and used half the tube, I feel the quantity may not be enough for someone with long hair. I didn’t enjoy that the product says you need gloves and you open the container and there are no gloves. The product should come with gloves. I can’t adequately review the product as I don’t have blond hair, but I assume it will work.

Love it!

From its convenient packaging to its pleasant scent, every step of the process of application was enjoyable. Not only did it leave my hair feeling incredibly moisturized, but it also delivered a remarkable color vibrancy and shine that truly boosts one's confidence.
Considering the gorgeous shine and coverage it offers, the value for money is unbeatable. To enhance the color depth, I recommend simply leaving it on for a bit longer than suggested. Also, wear gloves during application!!
Overall, this temporary color will be a must-have in my beauty routine.

Not as vibrant as expected

The texture was extra thick like a tube of paint, while coloring it looks great and bright but when washed out it doesn't look blue at all its more of a dark blondish grey color. Definitely not what I was expecting, had we bleached the hair prior it may have worked better but with hair light as it is i figured it would work without the bleach. Price is a bit extreme since it didnt work as expected. It smells great. Packaging is deceiving since the girl has long hair and it says the box has 4 treatments in it yet we used almost the whole tube for shorter hair.
Would definitely try again in the future with another product or different color.

Stains hands upon washing out. Doesn’t really take well!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I have dark hair so I did try this product on my wonderful friend instead and it was honestly kind of a bust. The scent was surprisingly nice because it didn’t smell like actual hair colour and it had a sort of fruity scent to it, which was nice. The shade was beautiful but it not only didn’t really take (even with waiting the max recommended time of 15 minutes), it didn’t last more than a single wash, either. On top of that, it ironically stained my friend’s hands just from washing it out in the shower… Regular hair colour doesn’t even stain her hands so it’s funny that this did but didn’t stain her hair lol. Oh well, it was fun to try! Just didn’t really work!

Splash of fun hair colour!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Super cool hair dye!! It lasts for up to 10 washes so its a fun product to use on your hair if you don’t want long term commitment! The formula features coconut oil and aloe vera, providing your hair with extra hydration and a smooth, soft feel. Leave on for 10-15 mins, rinse and enjoy your new hair colour! They have a wide shade range, so if you’re looking to tone out your blonde or brown hair, they have natural shades for that as well. The smell isn’t bad for hair dye, and the pop of colour adds so much personality!

Buttery Soft Formula
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Great packaging, as I can use it all or a little bit at a time. The formula is absolutely buttery, great to work with, and has a very nice neutral scent. I did want to try it in various ways as I am a bit of a hair experimentor. The front parts I bleached, although I could have bleached longer, so it took differently. I still very much liked the results. The back parts of my hair were pink and I wanted to see what this product would do. It turned those parts a nice shade of purple. Then, I used the product all over. Some parts turned a silvery pale blue, which I really enjoyed. Overall I had a lot of fun with this product, which I think is most important with hair coloring products.
