This is officially my new favourite eye makeup remover and I cant believe that it comes from the drugstore! With just a few gentle wipes it easily removed waterproof eyeliner, mascara and eyeshadow that I had applied with a glitter adhesive, I gave it the ultimate test and it passed with flying colours! I couldnt detect any scent in the product and it left my skin feeling clean and moisturized. Super impressed, highly recommend! Have mixed feelings about this product, as a makeup remover it did its job and removed the eye makeup including my waterproof mascara effectively, however I did find it to be a bit oily on my skin even though the bottle itself says oil free. Also while I was trying to get some liquid onto my cotton ball the liquid dripped all over the bottle and the whole bottle got oiled up, having a bigger opening caused it to leak, there could have been another layer of cover with just a tiny hole in the middle so just a few drops comes into the cotton ball and it doesn't leak that way.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Loverofmakeup from Removes waterproof makeup and MAC's hard to remover liquid eyeliner I've used so many eye makeup removers -- from high-end to drugstore -- and seriously, this is one of the best, especially for its price! I have sensitive eyes and this eye makeup remover swiftly removes my makeup without irritating my eyes. I have lost a lash or two from this remover but that's because I stubbornly scrubbed it across my eye. You can use this gently and it shouldn't remove any lashes. Very effective at removing waterproof mascara and makeup, and it removes MAC's liquid eye liner (a very hard to remover liner). Overall, I highly recommend this product. It's effective and inexpensive.

It says oil-free but made my face feel like I just slathered canola oil on it. Didn’t even remove the makeup cleanly. Don’t recommend.

I applied this with a cotton pad and was pleased to see how quickly and efficiently it removed my eye makeup. I didn't have to rub quite a lot and the waterproof mascara came off quite easily, too. This also contains cucumber extracts and I did feel the skin around my eyes felt refreshed afterwards. In addition, I did not feel it stinging or burning my eyes, as some eye makeup removers tend to do. If you're looking for a fragrance-free, affordable eye makeup remover that works, I'd highly recommend this one.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Angela from Don't buy, there is definitely oil in this product, False Advertising I bought this product today and it said oil free and at the time of purchase it did look like it was oil free, however once i got it home, used it and then noticed all the oil that was left on my face, i looked closer and now i can clearly see the oil within the bottle and of course since i have opened it i cannot return it. I cannot use oil cleanser they block my tear ducts and i get these bumps on my face because my face cannot breathe. So don't buy this product it is false advertising and I would not recommend it to anyone. This stuff is awful. Do not use

I received the Clean and Clear Soothing Eye Make Up Remover for my honest review . With all social events back in full swing , I wanted something that helps make the daunting task of getting waterproof eye make up quickly, so I tried this eye remover and was amazed . In just two sweeps with a cotton pad and a little eye make up remover liquid my eye liner, eye shadow and foundation were out . I like the oil free formula as it doesnt make the eye lids and the sensitive area around the eye feel greasy or heavy. So glad this worked well, I can recommend this to anyone looking to get their eye make up off quickly after a night out. I did wash my eye with water post eye make up remover to cleanse any residue left.
