Perfect
These are great. Tried a different, more expensive brand first, and it didn't help. This does, and I love it. For some reason, I keep waking up at night with eyes so dry that I have trouble falling back asleep, because my eye just feel so terribly dry. This solves it right away.
As for the reviewer saying it gave him dizziness and arrhythmia, sorry, but that's impossible, and it's also clear that his claim for that is based on nothing but assumptions. I hope that review is taken down, because it's not fair to just make things up like that. Correlation does not equal causation.

Unsatisfied with product
I work night shift and often suffer from red eyes from tiredness. I thought I would try this to eliminate redness, however it does not work. I am unsatisfied with the purchase and will not buy again.

Trying to be okay from
I don't usually leave reviews, but these took a month of my life. I mean, I hope this works from someone, but unfortunately, the side effects sent me on a wild medical detour.
I was having issues with chronic fatigue, so I would sleep 16+ hours a day and take these for my eyes.
The timeline for the side effects lined up with my chronic fatigue, so no one realized it was the eyedrops and I had to go to over 7 appointments in a month trying to figure out what's wrong.
Now I know it's this causing my dizziness and arrhythmia, we're basically starting over trying to trace the symptoms that the eyedrops didn't cause. They made us prioritize vertigo and heart health rather than finding the real cause of the fatigue that's prevented me from working for 2-3 months.
User error: I should have been more cautious about which $6 eyedrops I got
Company error: side effects were severe enough that I feel they should have been displayed clearly on the box

Love this product
At times I use these eye drops when I get a lot of redness from dry eye, I do switch once in a while from the systane eye drops. It does relieve redness and also moisturizes my eyes.
