No hydration, makes my skin sticky and tight
I am a Clinique junkie so I expected this gel to be light, cooling, and feel like a tall glass of water for the skin. Nope, nope and nope. It evaporates off the skin, no absorption, but the little that does hang around becomes sticky and draws tight on my face. Not the slightest bit hydrating or moisturizing. Very disappointing. I replaced it with my Dramatically Different gel. Would not recommend this to even the most oily skinned. Complete dud in my opinion and after 28 years of using Clinique and loving their products, this really surprised me. Love the idea though.

Fast absorbing
I received this first as a sample and took a long time to try it since it looked strange. My mistake! It goes on wet-feels like water really hit absorbs rapidly. It is a great, refreshing moisturizer for under makeup. I love that it doesn't add time to my routine but preps the skin quickly. Have repurchased the full size when the sample ran out.

Perfect for the daytime and/or warm or humid environments!
I got this as a sample with one of my other orders, and I must say I reallyy like this as a daytime moisturizer! it's oil free, once absorbed it's try to the touch, and hydrates all day. I apply this after my moisture surge hydrating lotion in the AM. I sweat a lot during the day year round since I'm very active in the day time, so having a lightweight, oil-free and hydrating moisturizer is essential for me. I have dry combination skin. I wanted to note, during the winter when it's drier, I find I need a thicker moisturizer for overnight hydration, but if your skin is not as easily dried out you can probably get away with using this during AM and PM. I will definitely continue using this during the daytime and during the summer when it's hot and humid, it's absolutely perfect!

Moisturizes and leaves skin smooth and fresh
This DD Hydrating Jelly is fabulous. It is lighter than traditional moisturizing creams, and for combination oil/dry skin like mine, it gives great overall moisture for my face before make-up application or before bed. My skin is very sensitive, and unlike other moisturizers on the market, this one is never heavy or reactive with my skin, leaving it soft, smooth and even. A great choice for anyone who has combination or sensitive skin. I highly recommend it.

Nongreasy hydrating
I love how it can easily hydrate the skin while leaving no shine or feeling greasy. It gets absorbed so quickly and you can apply the jelly before the serum like a second-layer toning lotion or something. Overall a good product worth a try.

I love this product because I have oily combination skin and this product is able to hydrate my dry areas while balancing my oily areas. The non greasy formula is fabulous.

Disappointed
I have dry skin and this product says it's for all types. I find this moisturizer dries fast and does not leave my skin feeling moisturized. It feels okay when you put it on however my skin feels tight shortly after. I have to use another moisturizer before putting on my makeup as my skin feels too dry to apply my makeup after using the gel. I really wanted to like this product but I don't. I would not recommend it for dry skin.
