Bring back the old packaging
I love this product and have been using it for 25+ year but I miss the old packaging. The pump works so much better than the new flip lid, which has to be kept upside down to work and ends up with a gucky lid. Please go back!!

Does The Job Effectively
I have been a long time Clinique Liquid Facial Soap user and decided to try the very dry soap for the colder months. I found that my skin doesn't feel as cleansed as it does when I use the dry/oily combination soap, which always leaves my face feeling clean and fresh.

Perfectly Clean, smooth and balancing
I received this as a 30ml sample, Are use the dry combination one it is absolutely fantastic. You only need to use the size of a dime and that is enough for your face neck chest and back. It's not drying and it's not over moisturizing it is perfectly balanced. I have large pores and certain parts of my face are really oily and other parts are quite tighten dry and I also have breakouts. Bye-bye using this one all my sebum plugs dissolve away and my pores will close without the tightness and my face is an oily within an hour after washing my face

Non-drying
I have combination skin that is quite oily in the t-zone but dry and starting to age elsewhere. I also suffer from hormonal acne in my chin area. This cleanser (for me I use the dry to combination skin formula) is really good. I find I can use only a tiny squirt and it goes a long way. It rinses off well and never leaves my skin dry or filmy. I always follow it with the matching toner and Dramatically Different lotion (and a lot of the time a serum because I'm afraid of aging)! I'm so glad I found this because I didn't want to keep using an acne cleanser because they tend to dry up my skin too much. I've also used the creamy cleanser in the pink bottle (can't remember the name as it was a sample) and loved it.

My Holy Grail, Go-To Daily Face Wash
I'm doing this review to get the points on my account, but honestly, this is an excellent quality face wash. I first stumbled on this face wash from a sample from a friend, but after that, it made such a big difference to cleaning my skin deeply each night and morning I no longer break out (that, or I got older). I use this twice a day and have for years and the 400ml bottle lasts me a good while ... great value! These are words coming from someone not usually into skin care products.

I can't use anything else
I have been using the clinique face soap, toner, and moistuizer for several years. A few times in the past when I have run out I just got something to use from the local store. Each time, after a few weeks, my skin looks worse - more redness/uneven skin tone, duller, breakouts, oilier. I now make sure to reorder before I run out.

Great product
This cleanser(Extra mild) works really well for dry skin and isn't overly harsh on skin. I just don't understand why this extra mild one is only available in one size but all the other skin types come In the large format. I have to keep repurchasing more frequently and spend more. Please make it in the larger size.

Saved my skin !
So I live in the west where it is more dry. Winter rolled around and my skin just dried right out. For the most part my skin is very nice to me. But when winter rolls around and it becomes dry, that is when it breaks out. So I went to the mall and the lady recommended this wash. I must say my skin has never been so nice in the winter. It's creamy and super gentle ! Also helps any little break outs I have within days ! She also recommended the Redness Solutions moisturizer as she noticed my cheeks a little more red than usual. That stuff also helps with redness of pimples I've noticed. The combo together has made my skin absolutely amazing this winter ! Would highly recommend !!!

Favourite Facial Cleanser
I purchased this product on a whim over the holidays and am extremely impressed with it. Prior to using this cleanser, I religiously used the Olay cream cleanser and find the Clinique one to be vastly superior. The viscosity and texture of this Clinique cleanser are superb. I also like that it doesn't make my face feel 'soapy' or tight after using it, and I use it twice a day, everyday. I was initially hesitant to purchase it due to the price, but it lasts virtually forever. Very, very happy with this product and will definitely continue to repurchase.

NEW PRODUCT BAD QUALITY
i used this soap for a couple of years, then order this year and now color and quality change, use to be clear and made a lot o foam once you applied, now is like white and does not make any foam and overall it does not clean, It is not soap at all.......I returned and will never buy it again...

I wish I tried this cleanser way sooner!
for over the past 10-15 years, I had been using an oatmeal cleasing bar for cleansing my face. maybe I was ignorant of skincare or my skin was different back then, but recently I've noticed that my skin is VERY dry after cleansing and extremely flaky. even during the summer when it's more humid, my skin would still feel tight after cleansing. for a while I ignored it because in my past experience with milder cleanser formulas, they would leave oil on my face and cause break outs, and my glasses would get smudged from my oily eye area even thought I had just cleansed my face. after having consistent success with other Clinique products, I decided to try this one, and gosh I wish I tried this cleanser sooner!!! since I've had amazing experiences with clinique so far, I dove straight into purchasing this one rather than waiting on a sample opportunity. I have dry combination skin so I picked the dry combination formula. I've been using this for about 2 weeks now. I'll admit the first time I used this I was afraid it would leave oil on my face like other mild cleansers I've tried in the past, but it didn't!!!! it fully cleansed my face without overdrying it! no tight feeling, no flaking, no irritation! my skin felt spot on clean, soft and velvety! the liquid soap foams and spreads REALLY well and doesn't sting my eyes or anything! I also love that it's fragrance free! it also passed my glasses test, no oily smudges on my lenses right after cleansing my face!! I'm SOOO happy!!! I look forward to my skincare every morning and night, and I will use this forever!

Clean and Moisturized

Good and soft
